Let me just list all the events in order:
1) An interview of my dad and his mom (who lives in Utah) about TV and radio in their lives, with a bunch of specific questions {LA}
2) A scrapbook of World War I with pictures and many prompts we have been answering over the semester pretending we were soldiers (just like the Civil War journals in the second quarter) {SS}
3) A poster with a couple of graphs and s question-n-answer section all about the Holocaust {LA}
4) A poem written and illustrated by Jewish children in the Holocaust in their camps, memorized {LA}
5) AIMS (Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards) testing, with one writing section, three math sections, and three reading sections
6) English testing, to determine who will be in 8th grade Language Arts and who will be in English
7) A diary illustrated and bound together, with at least one-page responses to prompts about the Holocaust and the teleplay version of The Diary of Anne Frank, which we read together in class {LA}
8) A poster with facts and picture or drawings that illustrates life in the Roaring Twenties {SS}
9) A biography (Joan of Arc for me)- reading and passing an AR test on the person, memorizing a one minute speech that gives certain background information, typing up three questions on three-by-five index cards to give to other people in my group and being able to answer them specifically, and a costume
Can you believe I survived it all??? Now I just have finals during the last week... but until then...
WHOO-PHHHEEEE!!!!
